Once harvested, the organic blue agave the “piña” is transported to one of our local production facilities where it is processed and bottled in accordance with GMP food safety protocol. No artificial processes or additives are used. In order to protect the very lands that produce our agave, we operate the only Zero Water Waste agave processing plant in Mexico. The syrup must then pass our stringent quality control procedures leading to the very best tasting organic blue agave delivered right to your supermarket shelf.
